Arnaud focuses on domestic and international business litigation. His broad expertise covers corporate, commercial and banking litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, injuctive relief, and freezing orders.
Arnaud’s practice covers also economic and financial criminal law.
Arnaud is also head of the shipping law department.
His fields of activity cover also general corporate and data protection law, as well as logistic law (Air and Shipping law).
Arnaud graduated in business law from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg, France (Maîtrise de droit des affaires) and in international business law from the University of Manchester, UK (LL.M.). He holds also a specialized Certificate in Tax law, delivered by the University Robert Schuman, and a Certificate in Air Law (MBA University Krems, Austria).
He practiced several years with Linklaters as commercial litigator.
Arnaud is member of the Association luxembourgeoise des juristes de banque (ALJB), and of the Union des avocats européens (UAE).
