Franck Merckling

Franck focuses on company and commercial law, as well as banking law. Franck taught the latter topic at the University of Strasbourg.
Franck graduated from the University of Strasbourg, from which he obtained a postgraduate degree in business law (DEA).
Franck was researcher at the Gabriel Lippman Centre de Recherche Public. In that frame, he participated in the preparation of the draft bill concerning insolvency proceedings in Luxembourg.
Co-author of the legal texts compilation “Procédures Collectives”, he also practiced several years as a business litigator in different leading French law firms.
Franck works in French, English and German.
He is in charge of the judicial matters pending before the French courts.
